Description
For this story, which I indipendently came up with, pitched, and reported, tells the story of Vietnam's modern migration history through one of the country's most beloved dishes. I spoke to ten sources for this short feature, with the hopes of including as many Vietnamese voices as possible. I spoke with a restaurant owner in Hanoi via translator.
